Superintendent Announces “#21SeniorKnights” Plan to Honor Class of 2021
At the February 15, 2021, school board meeting, Norwin Superintendent Dr. Jeff Taylor announced a plan to honor the Class of 2021.
Dubbed “#21SeniorKnights,” Dr. Taylor said the intent is to provide a minimum of 21 ways in which the District will celebrate and honor the members of the senior class of 2021. A table of planned events is provided below.
“I wanted to do something new and special for this class due to how the Pandemic has impacted their senior year,” Dr. Taylor said. “We are really excited about how the District will be celebrating our senior class this year.”
In addition to traditional events, a number of new events are being planned such as a Senior Food Truck Farewell Luncheon in the High School’s band parking lot. High School Principals, District administrators, and several teachers worked to create the list of planned events. Additional details will be forthcoming.
