To address these initiatives effectively, the committee will work through several sub-committees:
- Advertising & Naming Rights: The Advertising & Naming Rights Committee is dedicated to identifying and maximizing opportunities to support the A+ Facilities Capital Campaign. This committee will determine the rooms and spaces available for naming rights, establishing a clear pricing structure, and exploring creative advertising opportunities within the stadium and performing arts center.
- Communications & Marketing: Using the information provided by the Advertising & Naming Rights team, this committee is responsible for creating compelling marketing materials tailored to attract potential donors and partners. Key efforts will include drafting letters and outreach content designing professional-quality marketing materials, identifying and executing effective marketing channels (e.g., website, email blasts, print materials, etc.). The committee will also help support and promote the fundraising efforts.
- Donor Management: The Donor Management Committee plays a pivotal role in advancing the A+ Facilities Capital Campaign by overseeing the donor management platform. This platform serves as a centralized database for tracking potential donors and monitoring all communications with them. The committee focuses on building and maintaining the donor database, proactively identifying new potential partners, and ensuring seamless communication across all campaign committees. Members may also assist with personalized outreach, such as phone calls or emails, to strengthen connections with donors and communicate potential opportunities effectively.
- Fundraising: The Fundraising Committee is dedicated to planning and executing fundraising initiatives that directly support the A+ Facilities Capital Campaign. This committee is responsible for generating creative ideas, organizing events, and ensuring the successful implementation of these efforts. While the entire A+ Facilities Committee will provide overall support, the Fundraising Committee takes the lead in developing opportunities to engage and attract a broad spectrum of potential donors. The committee may collaborate with outside volunteers for specific events.
