Gold Cards: A Benefit For Senior Citizens in Norwin

Norwin residents who are 65 and older are eligible to receive a Norwin Gold Card, which entitles the bearer to general admission to any school activity open to the public, such as home athletic contests. Fundraising activities and events are not covered by this card.

To apply for a Gold Card, Norwin residents must bring their driver's license to the Norwin School District Administration Building between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on weekdays. Requesters must be present and must show a photo ID to the front desk receptionist.

The Gold Card is a lifetime pass that never needs to be renewed. It is only available for Norwin tax-paying residents of Irwin Borough, North Irwin Borough, or North Huntingdon Township. For additional information, please contact the Norwin Administration Building at 724-861-3000, ext. 1110.
