Superintendent Search Update
SEARCH UPDATE | 4.5.24

The application period for the Norwin School District Superintendent Search has closed, and the next step will be to discuss interview protocols and procedures and analyze the educational and employment credentials of each candidate who applied.

With guidance from Templeton Advantage, the Norwin Board of School Directors will be developing interview questions that will include topics that surfaced from the focus group discussions as well as other leadership topics that are crucial to successfully leading today’s school districts. As the process moves forward, it is important to note that we will be doing much more than simply finding the district’s next superintendent. After appointing the next leader of Norwin, the board will continue working with our consultant on a series of initiatives that will be critical to sustaining high-impact leadership from the office of the superintendent. These efforts will require intentional, ongoing planning efforts, which will be outlined in future reports to the community. For now, JOB #1 is to find the best possible leader for Norwin.
