2026-2027 Price Structure
- Semester course = $300
- Year-long course = $425
- Dropped within 30 days course fee = $75 (if dropped after 30 days, course must be paid in full.)

- We have contracted with RevTrak, a national credit card payment processor, to provide a secure site for making payments.
- The "Payment Portal" button will take you to RevTrak where you will log in with your existing account or create an account if you are a first-time user.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to see "Norwin Online Academy."
- You will be asked to select payment for a semester or a year-long course.
- Users will enter 4 pieces of information: Student Last Name, Student First Name, Grade, Course Title.
- This is the only method for paying for a NOA course.
- Payment must be made in full with a credit card.

Per the Norwin Online Academy Procedure, "Cost Structure" section #7:
- The Norwin School District will cover tuition costs for students:

- Enrolled full-time in Norwin Online Academy in place of the traditional brick-and-mortar program
- Enrolled as part of a discipline agreement or an extenuating circumstance approved by the principal
- Enrolled due to an extended medical need in lieu of homebound instruction

- Families are responsible for tuition and/or associated costs when students:

- Elect to enroll in more credits than are available in the traditional brick-and-mortar program.

- The standard course load is defined as the core curriculum in grades K–8 and 7.5 credits for students in grades 9–12. Any enrollment beyond these thresholds will be used to determine applicable additional costs.
- Core Curriculum in grades 5-8 is defined as English, Math, Social Studies, Science, and Physical Education.

- Elect to enroll in an online course to create flexibility or to allow for a study hall within their in-person schedule.
- Elect to enroll in an online physical education course without approved medical documentation or principal approval based on extenuating circumstances.
- Elect to drop a course outside of the designated enrollment window.

- A drop fee will be applied within the first 30 days, and the full cost of the course will be charged after 30 days.

- Elect to enroll in a course outside of established enrollment windows.
- Elect to repeat a course that was previously completed, failed or dropped.
- Elect to enroll in Summer Credit Recovery courses.
- Elect to enroll in more credits than are available in the traditional brick-and-mortar program.
