Illness Prevention

• Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water or use hand sanitizer if soap and water is unavailable.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces like door knobs, microwaves, and refrigerator doors daily.
• Avoid touching you face especially your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Cover your cough and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow.
• Wear a face mask if you are sick or going out around others
• Stay at home when sick. Stay away from healthy family members and others
• Self-isolate as much as possible to keep your germs from spreading if you are sick.
• Remember to keep social distancing (Keeping 6 feet way from others)
